Ala Moana Magazine
I had the opportunity to photograph some fashion photography for the September 2011 issue of Ala Moana Magazine. The few days consisted of one day of prep to get cameras ready, make sure equipment needed was rented, and to test the lighting I was going to use. The Magazine rented out a studio for us off of Ward Avenue. The studio had a huge white cove in it so it gave us plenty of room to set up our strobes, umbrellas, bounce boards, etc. The shoot was shot tethered so the art director, makeup artist, and stylist could all sneak in and get some glances of the shoot and see what needed to be altered.
The day ended within four hours and we proceeded to get some great photos. Check out a couple of the images below to see for yourself.
